Fitness test

Many residents of the Granite City will be aware of the steep climb between the Union Square and Trinity Centre shopping centres - in particular this flight of stairs as you approach the Trinity Centre.
Over the years I’d several patients who gauged their recovery from a variety of illnesses by their ability to get up these stairs without stopping. A useful and reproducible fitness test.
