A day spent mostly watching television as I wasn't fit to do much else. Don't know what I did to my back yesterday but it restricted my movement today. 

Rather than risk breaking copyright rules by posting a photo of the England v New Zealand rugby (by far the most exciting programme of the day) I ventured outside looking for a coloured leaf. I found this more appropriate reminder of the day instead.
