No jumping through hoops for the Bus Pass Walkers - caught three buses and walked a tried and tested route from Cleckheaton to Heckmondwike - along The Spen Valley Greenway - but did walk through some them en route

R started feeling unwell on the bus to Cleckheaton with stomach pains - managed the walk - couldn’t face the cafe in Heckmondwike - started shivering then fell asleep on the bus back to Bradford - The Bus Pass Walkers had a whip round to raise funds so we could catch a taxi home from there - thank you

R now warm and in bed - stomach pains easing - and asleep by 2.30
