Queen's Cross

The day started bright and sunny as I walked along to the hairdresser. I didn't have a camera with me so I succumbed to using the camera in the phone. Although the cameras in phones are excellent nowadays, this does rather go against the grain. It looks like Jessops is in trouble again, Aberdeen might lose its only specialist camera shop.

Yesterday I tried to get an appointment for a flu vaccination at my GP practice, but there were none available until the end of november. Today I tried at a chemist, but they were out of supplies of the vaccine, and didn't know when they would get it in. We had a similar situation last year, I left my name and they said they would call back. I will maybe try another chemist tomorrow, and maybe head back to the surgery as well.

The day clouded over later and we have been having showers this afternoon, some quite heavy.
