Morning Glories in Porto Nova

Perhaps not a tourist shot of this lovely seaside town, but they were so beautiful glowing in the morning sun that I had to choose them for my blip today.

We spent a bit of time enjoying the beautiful ocean air and scenery and then went hiked for about 5 miles along the ocean on part of the Fisherman’s Trail to a restaurant at the Forte de Pessegueiro - a fort built in 1588. Another formidable structure that I couldn’t bring myself to enter. Tomorrow is our last full day in Portugal. It’s been an amazing adventure and I’m just about ready to head home.
