Had the call from my sister that Richard was keen to get back to his new house in Nottingham to have a sort out and assess what needed to be done next. It's a bit of a fixer upper, and the idea was that Richard would move in and get things done a bit at a time, and his partner and her daughter would move in later. Obviously his little spell in hospital has delayed everything, and he's not yet fit to do the things he intended on his own. But today going down mob handed has moved things on quite a bit - boxes emptied or moved, cleaning done, cutting down in the garden achieved, and some decorating started. We'll have another "play date" in the near future, obvs - Rome wasn't built in a day, and all that...
Home now though, and a drink in hand... I think I could probably manage without Pilates tomorrow after all the lifting and stretching I've done :)
