At the Deutsches Historisches Museum

This is a recreation of a statue entitled Wehrmacht. I guess it was supposed to indicate the superiority of the German race in the 1930s. To me, it is yet another bombastic and camp item from German history. Hard to believe anyone would be moved to patriotism and not to feelings of wtf..
