Worn out.

Noo had a football day at the university of Sussex today. When I turned up at 2.30pm it was clear that he was flagging! He had almost a month off training with one thing and another so, as a geriatric, I feel his pain! Use it or lose it!!!!

Hopefully, with consideration to his relative youth, a good night’s sleep will see him back on form!
