A Bouquet in the Tree Top

Having a condo on the third floor (in the tree tops) definitely has its advantages; a nearby bouquet of Plumeria Flowers is one of them. I especially like this Plumeria flower with its multi-colors; I don't know if you can see it in this photo, but there is yellow at the center of the flowers. 

It is a very short walk across the parking lot to the ocean side; I enjoyed sitting on a bench watching the sunset tonight. There was a cruise ship on the horizon and a sailboat nearer to shore.....the sliver of moon was high in the sky....waves crashed on the lava rocky shore.....heavenly peaceful evening time before our yummy dinner. 

Since it was late when we got in last night, we did our Costco shopping today; I think we are set for a few days of great meals! We don't enjoy eating out very much so it is nice to have great local fish & produce..... along with all those wonderful seasonings and ingredients hubby brought from home.  :-))  

It was very hot today so we were grateful for the air conditioning that is working awesome. According to the weather forecast it is going to be over 90F everyday we are here. We are getting up early tomorrow to snorkel before it gets too hot. Then we might explore some areas of this island we haven't seen. We seem to be creatures of habit and go back to the same place, if we like it, and don't venture out into the unknown. So we might just stay close to here......I will let you know tomorrow.
