Public Trust!

In view of the 'news' from home I thought this might be an appropriate blip for today :-)

We have travelled to Napier to see the 1930s art deco style buildings from when the town was rebuilt after an earthquake destroyed much of it. There are some really splendid buildings here -  a few more in my Flikr folder too.

Tomorrow we are intending to move on south toward Wellington.  Staying overnight in Hastings as the campsite here has a laundry etc so we can get our washing done. No further dramas with bank cards so perhaps we will be spared any more stress :-)
