The Great Event, at last

So, A VERY HAPPY 100th BIRTHDAY DEAR AUNTY ANJEY

The Kingsmills Care Home where she is did so wonderfully well in setting up a room for Anjeys celebratory party.
The amount of cards she had was phenomenal, including of course one from Her Majesty Elizabeth. 
Perhaps Nicola Sturgeon is in competition with Her Majesty because Anjey received a card from her in similar style with her own photo as a front cover. I can readily accept the Queens photo as being a frontspiece but who would ever send birthday cards with their own picture on!!!
Altogether it was a very special day and the Lord Provost, Helen Carmichael, was so very kind and genuine to Anjey and stayed well beyond an hour with her.
