For an Angel..

This morning I went to the funeral of the granddaughter of a very special friend.  The young girl was severely disabled throughout her 14 years in this world.  She was at the heart of a most loving family and was so well cared for!  A mention of Derian House who helped with respite care etc.  They are a wonderful caring place too!

I remember when she was born and the adjustment the family needed.  The hours looking after her and the smiles that rewarded their lives.  The priest spoke so well about her.  

On the card we were each given was this : "Welcome to Holland".  I urge you to read it.  I am not reproducing it here as I'm not sure where I stand from the point of view of copyright as it says all rights reserved.
