Going Down the Drain
If I thought yesterday's weather was a bit dire, it was nothing compared to today!
We went out to do some food shopping and then settled down and watched a film in the afternoon. Olivia Coleman and Vanessa Redgrave in 'The Thirteenth Tale', a strangely mysterious story and ideal for a wet afternoon.
Giving up on the possibility of a gap in the weather I came up with a plan. It's Wideangle Wednesday (hosted by BobsBlips, thanks Bob) and the theme this week is Roads or Paths. Well there are plenty of those around even on a wet day. I set my camera on live view, tilted the rear screen up, fitted the wideangle lens and wound up the ISO a bit. Then I went outside and held it over the gutter and fired off a couple of shots before the lens caught too many raindrops. Job done, I went in and towelled myself and the camera down.
