Walking the Dogs

Since moving to a 3-day working week around a year ago, I have had more time to explore my local area and seek out photographic opportunities.  Despite living in the area for over 25 years, I still find new walks, and today walked out onto the ranges from the opposite end to my normal approach.

This area is Brentmoor Heath, an SSSI lowland heath managed by Surrey Wildlife Trust on behalf of the MOD. The nearby wooded areas were full of fungi and I spotted several squirrels darting through the branches.

The dog walkers were also out in force, and I caught one walking along a Bridle path through open area toward Cuckoo Hill.  Just in time for BobsBlips' Wide Wednesday "Path or Road" challenge!
