Blossom in Winter

I don't know the name of these bushes but we have several in the garden- good bit of greenery in the summer but these pretty flowers in the depth of winter.
It was a beautiful day, clear blue skies but I underestimated how cold it was when I went out for a walk so didn't take much time to pause to blip!
