It's Wednesday again!

This morning dawned fine and sunny. There was hardly any wind for our walk from the Stanegate up to Hadrian's Wall Trail.

Here are a few of the group enjoying an early coffee break at Housesteads Roman Fort.

You could see for miles in all directions today.

The skies clouded over this afternoon and the temperature dropped, but it remained fine. 

We had a great walk. I had wondered about staying at home to catch up on lots of stuff, but I'm so glad I went.

My photos today were taken on my iPhone. It's transferring them to the computer that is puzzling me. If I try by email, it takes ages unless I send them in a very compressed form. I've tried using the Simple Transfer app, but I haven't got the hang of it yet. Eventually I managed to edit this in Snapseed and send it by email.

There must be an easier way.
