Autumn Walk 5

K & I started the day with an autumn run up hill, down hill, along the river and through the woods. A regular route for me but a big change from her usual flat coastal runs!

The rest of the day was spent in Skipton, picnicking & playing then climbing, walking & zip wiring through trees.
