Reflections in the creek

Two degrees C and sunny when I went for a walk this morning - love it! 
I've spent a lot of time with carrots recently. There are still a few in the ground and just a bit of arugula left for our salads. Yesterday I made carrot pickles, only for the 2nd time - I enjoyed the first ones I made a few weeks ago. Today I made a carrot cake, carrot muffins, yam and carrot mix for fajitas tonight, and carrot soup for tomorrow. I'm morphing into a Domestic Goddess! Maybe an orange one by the time I'm finished with the carrots.
