Mt. Hood

View from Lost Lake. The trail around the lake was frozen; frost heave forming crystalline structures that crunched beneath our feet. Icicles at the lakes’ edge (see extra). We’re having a cold snap!. Sunlight penetrated  tall cedars, pine and old growth Douglas fir casting beautiful shadows on wooden boardwalks.
