I preserved with the skirt and bare legs theme today. Temperature-wise I just got away with it.

After 2 long days at work I finished early and headed home for a nana-nap. Bliss.

I had a physio appointment before spin. It's a long process sorting out my hip and gluts but I'm making progress.

We popped through to the gym to test my muscle strength. Surprisingly my right hamstring is only slightly weaker than the left. The bigger surprise is that my right quad can leg press 20lb less than the left.

I will persevere with my exercises and start to add running to the mix.

Today's gratitude: For conquering tonight's spin bike class.
