My granddaughter brought me these flowers this morning to cheer me up
How very thoughtful 
Milo is here telling me all about his trick or treating last night 
He had great fun with his friend Poppy

I had a large G &T last night before I went to bed
Slept a little better but I think that's only because the pain is easing 
(Or maybe the G & T)
It only hurts now if I lean on it or touch it
