Feeling a little better

Been struggling a little of late - just a general lack of energy.  Today woke up to the news that the Nationals had won the World Series.   A fair bit of excitement from my old Washington based ex-colleagues.   Baseball has a special place in my affections and I miss not being able to see it this side of the Pond.   

Full of that news managed to get out for a longish walk round red-rocks - a route I hadn't done in ages.   The extra is some unusual markings on a rock on the beach.   Maybe a geologist on Blip might know whether it is anything interesting.

Kids from the Square came round for Halloween candy - they were lovely.
