Blackbirds returning ?

For many weeks (months) we have not seen any blackbirds in the garden and I  was surprised this morning to see this hen sitting herself in the bird bath and seeming no hurry to move, in fact  it was happy to chase all the other birds away and clamed for her self.
We wait to see if we attracts any other bird
