Not my usual breakfast, but when you’re watching Wales in the Rugby World Cup Bronze Medal match, why not! A daft blip that represents my morning of rugby, and reminiscing about last August’s Welsh Cake shopping trip to Swansea...

A mild day of 15 degrees (but still no sun) so made the most of the warmer weather and managed an hour’s worth of hacking back in the garden. Then late afternoon the rain returned, and we now have weather warnings for heavy rain and gales gusting up to 70mph tomorrow. So be prepared for another indoor blip! What would be an appropriate England vs South Africa breakfast?!
