Genome campus again.

Although this was supposed to be an update on the latest understanding of  the gene mingling of H.erectus/sapiens/Neanderthals/Denisovians/etc it was a lightweight debunking of some of the self evidently misleading stories that have had an airing in the press/TV in recent years.  By an academic turned journalist who was not a patch on the more serious academic with whom he normally appears on the radio and who spoke to us about AI last year.  Frustratingly, one of the hot-shot academics on the subject was actually in the audience: wish he had got up and delivered the talk on the subject as advertised.
