The Beach.

So I once again had breakfast alone and then started to find out how to get the doctor to see Mr Tbay. Although he feels ok, leaving the area of the bathroom is more of a challenge! 

First stop the TUI reps who were brilliant. They then together with a very good Concierge made an appointment with the doctor who is actually onsite 24/7 , and who appeared with terrific speed at the apartment! Diagnosis , well some sort of gastro upset! Who knows! A very nice doctor who gave Mr Tbay an injection, ouch! And some other medications and off he went on his way. All should be better by evening time he thought. Great!

I then had to return to the TUI rep to fill out a form re his problem. They are meticulous when it comes to any form of illness for obvious reasons. 

We decided to try the TUI Gala buffet for supper as it gives lots of options for someone with a delicate tummy. We stated the pleasant meal at the Gala evening with a delicious orange gin watched sneakily be a very naughty raccoon raiding sugar from the near by coffee station some one had carelessly left slightly open (see extra). After a yummy meal we headed home to our room. That’s when the next fiasco occurred! 

Our Room keys, electronic of course, refused to work. So back to reception (a reasonable walk) I go leaving a slightly fragile Mr Tbay outside the Room hoping he did not need to use the facilities the other side of the locked door! 

The young lady Concierge said that they could not reprogram the keys until the morning, but would get security to let us in our room. Meanwhile Mr Tbay and the turn down maid had tried her entry key with no luck either. A security man then appeared, and let him in just as I reappeared. He spoke no English which was slightly unhelpful. Once in we discovered of course you have no electricity unless you have your key, and mine had both been taken by the Concierge to deal with . Damn it! So by the light of my phone a rather disgruntled Mr Tbay rings reception to ask them to bring a key back to us so we can a least have electric. Well that was a challenge but after a very long conversation in which they wanted me to go back to reception and get it , a lady was sent with it. Not happy! 

So off to see the manager again in the morning!
