45th work anniversay

My work colleague sharing the office with me celebrated today his 45th work anniversary in the company! It‘s a fantastic achievement, really not easy to achieve and even more difficult to reach in our modern world. If it’s a desirable goal, is a different and personal question.

Anyway, we surprised him with an apéro (typical Swiss, google it if interested) and he also received a nice gift from the company. We made jokes about the upcoming 50th anniversary, but his retirement will be next year.
