Irritation

Up early to set off over to Glasgow for the first meeting of a board I've joined. All went well, but had to leave before the lunch got going to get the train south. Not that it turned out well....we set off late so missed the connection at Carlisle then had to wait over an hour there before getting a later train which was of course full as we all joined it. Had to keep moving seats as more and more people got on and claimed their seats so couldn't settle to do very much useful stuff but listened to novels.
Arrived even later than we were meant to so the babies were already in bed. K's pumpkin display looking good....
We chatted amidst K coughing and spluttering - not very well (hope I don't catch it!). Realised I left all the presents from Canada at home, blooming annoying.
