Thorung La

Thorung La is the highest pass in the world (5400 metres), and the pinnacle of the Annapurna Circuit trek.

On this day we woke at 3am and set off for the top at 4am....reaching it around 9am. It's 1000 metres straight up, so hard work...but the view of the mountains as the sun rises is amazing!!
