A merman in his element

This morning was extraordinary at the beach.  The light was beautiful, the colours mellow, and the boarders few.   A busload of sightseers magically appeared on the ledge and poses were quickly struck.   The beach was reshaped into a high ledge with scallops, but smoothed by a long runup.   Think I could have included an extra one hundred - all for today!   The layers of the island of Molokai seemed closer on the horizon.   Wind was on-shore, temperature mid-70s, sun bright, clouds piled on the horizon, but the sky was clear.  What a day - wish you all were here!
