Quilts of Hope

After a disappointing morning watching the rugby I had an uplifting afternoon. I attended a quilt making workshop being run by a lovely individual with a wonderful story. We made squares to be incorporated into a quilt which would be given to a safe house for women who have been trafficked. The quilts provide a hug when a human one can't be accepted. What a strange world of contrasts we live in!
