These will probably have disappeared by tomorrow, but despite their lack of colour I rather liked the structure on the underside.

I had hoped to still be riding on the euphoria of a World Cup win by now - but my early start was wasted and I might as well have had a lie in.

At least I still got 4 miles in on the canal afterwards. And we missed the rainstorm.
