Birthday gift

One of my birthday presents was a whisky tasting ‘experience’ in Edinburgh. Cheese was involved. It was delightful and I learned much about whisky. The main lesson being that I need to drink more of it (responsibly) before fully appreciating the subleties of the complex notes and aromas. Richie was excellent company.
If some of the blip is out of focus, I wouldn’t be surprised.
