Meet Lily

Let me set the scene . I saw this tiny dog running and scampering towards me moving  rather like a cat . It was cold hence her little pulli . 
I spoke to the owner who had rescued her from being neglected and possibly kicked around .Lily has a fear of men especially their feet .Her basic work so far is to walk Lily and help her get over the angst . She gave me dog kibble and  Lily ate from my hand .In a decent world no animal should ever have to be rescued...from cruelty or abuse of any kind .....Lily  has been fortunate ..Her owner is calm and clearly loves her. Another success story .
