Loom

More specifically, a Jacquard loom which is a programmable loom as opposed to a hand tapestry loom. The top part of this loom dates from the mid-19th Century and the bottom part from the early 20th Century and I saw it at the Grayson Perry Julie Cope exhibition at Dovecot Studios. I have to say that I stuggled a bit with the exhibition - I think my brain is still a bit fried after my hospital appointment yesterday.
