George Square Rally - #IndyRef2020

The Independence Rally in George Square in Glasgow this afternoon , well organised and facilitated by the.National newspaper , was packed and full of energy & commitment.

The First Minister was the final speaker and I managed to get close to the front of the stage to hear her and catch some of the atmosphere.

I had been behind the scenes for the first part of the event until I myself spoke ten minutes or so before Nicola. A picture of me from the crowd is one my extra photos today courtesy of Peter MacKenzie from East Lothian (thanks!)
