Signs of blue sky

A rather damp horrible grey wet day today so no real chance to go search out a blip. A relaxed morning which started off with catching up on the great Britain Lions playing New Zealand in a rugby league test match which was played in the early hours of the morning so we Sky+ it to watch when we got up.A bit better performance from them this week in the 2nd half but they still ended up getting beat  Afterwards Julie went to catch the train to go visit her Mum & Dad . Been rather horrible weather I stayed indoors and do a few bits on the computer. I put the TV on to see what all the fuss was about the other code of Rugby  England V south Africa. Saw the end of the 1st half and all the 2nd half  Was not impressed with what I saw and England was well out played in that.
After lunch I went and picked Julie up from her parents. Still very wet and grey in Lincoln but a little bit brighter over Metheringham way. On the way back I pulled over so that we could both get an out door blip. Rather wet and windy but looking across the fields I liked this dramatic sky with some bright bits of blue showing.
Back home and more relaxed TV viewing and a film tonight followed by a few beers once Julie got home from work
