Apology

Out in what became the muck and the mire for the morning. When that rain hit on the approach to West Linton with twenty miles still to ride home...I just had to grit my teeth and get on with it. All good.

And then to see the new Ken Loach in the afternoon. I was impressed - it's not subtle in the slightest, but what it lacks in nuance it makes up for in impact.
