Autumn .....

B/P not behaving well ( did too much yesterday I feel) , didn't go to church and cancelled something tomorrow night. Felt a tad better mid morning, needed some exercise so gentle swept road and garden path leaves . Will I ever learn feeling absolutely rubbish now.
