Moorfield trees

Even in the gloom the trees a Moorfield looked impressive.

First sighting of a Brambling this Autumn with some Redwing and a lot more Fieldfare.   With so many Starlings around I wonder if I missed a murmaration going home too early.   A lone Mistle Thrush seemed to be doing a running commentary complaining about every other bird it could see.
