The long road back

Hideous journey, rammed, people standing, impossible to get to the loo, thank goodness we got a seat, I wasn’t able to book seats but luckily we sat in some reserved ones and nobody claimed them, yesterday we stood/sat in the floor/ on a suitcase from Kings Cross to Meadowhall then walked in the rain to the hotel as there were no cabs... I think you should get a refund fir standing! Tickets cost £200!
