Pool Stepping

Missed a day at the Y's pool yesterday...exhausted from all the trauma of the past couple days. I will take Big R to the orthopedic specialist next Monday and hope to line up an MRI or get one done then. We are not sure the extent of damages he has done to his leg. He is lying low and taking meds to keep him lying low!

Good to get back in the warm water and move my own legs in a better environment...taking up the going downstairs to the basement work that R usually does has worn my legs out! I have long pondered doing a couple shots of some images in the pool, so why not now!
