Baking

I quite enjoy baking, but with both of us watching our weight, I dare not produce too many home made goodies. But tomorrow the WI Mahjong Group will be meeting here and they will expect cake. So today I have made an Apricot Tea Loaf, and some oaty chocolate biscuits which have yet to be sandwiched together with chocolate butter cream. I’m sure we will try them out this evening, just to make sure they are presentable.
Wet again today, so a quick outdoor blip.
