Sooty & Sweep

Met Dick Turpin in person today. I asked " how much to sweep my chimney"
He replied "I normally charge sixty five pounds but because you haven't used me for two years and your chimney is very dirty, it will be eighty five pounds" First time I ever met a tradesman that punishes you for not using him! Last year I accidentally got the wrong one who left my house covered in soot. I made a special effort in finding this guy as we had used him previous years, yet he still charges me extra! Theiving robbing b******.He did a good job but why didn't he just say that will be eighty five quid instead of giving me a spiel about customer loyalty.!
