Between rainfall

There was quite a lot of rain today but on my morning outing to Bruntsfield I got off lightly, that is, I didn't get a soaking.
Then a coffee morning meet up and whilst I was sitting cosily in sheltered warmth it rained cats and dogs outside.
There was another little reprieve from this onslaught, it looked almost rainbow like, and when I once again ventured indoors down it poured again and I thought it best not to think of going out in it but rather to nestle in for the rest of the afternoon and evening.
