Firefighting

Had to attend an external assessment today, partly because I was concerned but also needed to discuss our certification with the assessor.

Ever since I've come back full-time I've been firefighting, papering over the cracks to get us through, because nobody did any of my work whilst I've been recovering from my transplant.  It was an uncomfortable assessment and I don't like being in that situation.
