Weather mild and pleasant this morning, MrD doing his handyman job and I wandered around the garden.
A purple leaved filbert/hazel (Corylus maximums purpurea) arrived a couple days ago so gave it a good soak and potted it up in a large pot - https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Corylus_maxima - saw it on Gardeners World, it’s a very attractive plant, looking forward to Spring!!
We had some lovely visitors this afternoon, our neighbour across the road and his youngest xx
Rain arrived at dusk and we had some very heavy wintry showers, brrrr ... stay warm everyone.
