Bristol at night
It’s a long, long way to Bristol by train. I’m going to get very used to the journey this week.
My AirBnb is a short walk from the M-Shed, where the conference is being run. And on the way, you pass through the trendy quarter of repurposed docklands. Organic stores, vegetarian friendly sharing platters, redundant cranes.
At Root I enjoy deep fried celeriac (Korean bbq style), chanterelles & lentil Kiev, and roast squash in kale pesto. Hearty stuff.
