It seems that Blipfoto recognises 2500 as a milestone. Well, actually, I think every day is a milestone in terms of celebrating achievement, friendship, and personal expression.  Congratulations to all of us, for sharing our lives through our visual art,  with heartfelt grateful thanks for the virtual camaraderie, humour and kindness that sparkles through each and every day. Truly a remarkable and unique community.

Deciding what to use as my photo subject, thinking about constancy and change in the nearly seven years of a daily photograph, as well as all the good, sad, bad, interesting and dull days - I've decided to give the main school building the honour, on this beautiful blue skies day.  Built in 1914, it's the constant backdrop to my daily life - a magnificent statement on how special an ordinary life can be, surely worth celebrating on any day, but perhaps most especially on this blipversary day.
