Pugh goes rogue.

Fed up with being called out on Bonfire Night, when all he wanted to do was enjoy a few sparklers, Pugh rebels by setting light to all the Trumpton bonfires early.
He escapes being found guilty by pretending to be his brother, the other Pugh. Identity fraud is a problem, even in little Trumpton.
It's stretching the 'old' theme, but the children's T.V. programme has been around for more than 50 years.
